Plans and hourly rates
Pay as you go is £45 an hour, 8am to 8pm, seven days. Out of hours, including a 24/7 emergency, is £90 an hour.
Essentials
£9 per user / month
Microsoft 365 admin, user and email support, security updates and monitoring. Includes 1 hour of support a month, or 2 hours a month for businesses with 5 or more users. Extra time is £45 an hour.
Complete
£25 per user / month
Everything in Essentials, plus device monitoring and patching, Microsoft 365 backup, priority same-day response and on-site visits, and 3 hours of support a month.
All plans have a minimum of £27.50 a month. Microsoft 365 licences are charged separately. Add-ons, and anything not listed, are on the prices page. A job that is not on that list is contact for a quote.
Remote support is available anywhere in the UK. On-site visits, including those in the Complete plan, are for businesses in East Sussex.

Common questions
How does remote IT support work?
You call, WhatsApp or email. For most jobs, RoamTech connects to your computer over a secure remote session, which you approve each time, and fixes the problem while you watch. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace admin work does not need a connection to your computer at all.
Which areas do you cover?
Remote Business IT Support is available to businesses anywhere in the UK. On-site visits are for businesses in East Sussex, including Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, Battle, Rye and Eastbourne.
How much does remote IT support cost?
Pay as you go is £45 an hour, 8am to 8pm, seven days. Monthly plans are Essentials at £9 per user and Complete at £25 per user, with a minimum of £27.50 a month. Microsoft 365 licences are charged separately. Anything else is contact for a quote.
What can't be done remotely?
Physical faults, such as a broken screen, a failed drive, a computer that will not turn on, or office cabling and Wi-Fi hardware. In East Sussex those are done on a visit. Elsewhere in the UK, RoamTech can advise on what to buy and set it up remotely once it arrives.
Is it safe to let someone connect to our computers?
Each session needs your approval, you can watch everything that happens, and you can end it at any time. Nico, who runs RoamTech, is SC security cleared and DBS checked.
Do I need a contract?
No. Pay as you go has no contract. Monthly plans are there if regular support works out cheaper for you.
