BUSINESS IT SUPPORT · HASTINGS & EAST SUSSEX
A network that reaches the stock room as well as the front desk, with a separate login for guests. We set up the router, place the access points, and say so if a cable would be the better fix.
What's included
We sort the router, the Wi-Fi and the awkward corners the signal never quite reached. It is the same visit for offices in Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, Battle, Rye and Eastbourne.
A router configured for the business, with the admin password changed and the old default settings taken off.
Extra units where one box in the cupboard cannot cover the building, placed after we have walked the rooms rather than guessed.
The till, the meeting room or the flat upstairs. We find why the signal dies there and fix the cause, not just the symptom.
A separate network for visitors so they can get online without seeing tills, shared drives or the office computers.
An honest view on where a cable is worth running, and where Wi-Fi is enough. We advise on the run. We do not pretend a cable is needed when it is not.
A name and number for the day a unit is unplugged, a new till arrives, or the guest network needs a new password.
How it works
We ask about the building, the number of people, and where the Wi-Fi already fails.
What we would fit, and whether any cabling is actually worth it. Contact for a quote before we buy or install anything.
Router, access points and the guest network, checked from the rooms you care about.
We leave you able to reach us when the layout of the office changes.
Pricing
Tell us what you need and we will price the work before we start. There is no package price listed here.
Why RoamTech
Office Wi-Fi is easier to judge in the room. We are local, we come to you, and the person who walks the building is the person who answers the phone afterwards.

FAQ
Often, yes. We look at where the router sits and what the walls are doing before we suggest new equipment.
Yes. Guest Wi-Fi is a separate network, so a customer password does not open the office computers or shared drives.
We advise on where a cable is the right answer, for a till, a camera or a desk that cannot drop out. Installation of a long run is quoted separately if you want it done.
If it is the reason the Wi-Fi is poor, yes. If it is fine and the problem is coverage, we leave it and extend the network instead.
