Privacy policy

The full privacy policy is not published yet. Until it is, this is what the site actually does.

The booking form sends the details you type — name, email, and any phone, postcode, device, problem, price, day, time and notes — to repair@roamtech.co.uk so Nico can reply. The site does not sell those details.

Each page includes a chat button from tawk.to, a third party. The button loads from embed.tawk.to. Opening the chat can set a tawk.to cookie on this device, and the messages you type are sent to tawk.to so they can be answered. The site can also remember your text-size choice on this device. A full privacy policy, including the chat cookie, has not been written yet.
