Usually Microsoft 365 mail, OneDrive and shared files, and any other cloud system you tell us the business cannot lose. We agree the list before we start.
Can you turn on MFA without locking people out?
Yes. We set recovery options and sit with anyone who needs it, rather than flipping a switch and waiting for the phone to ring.
Do you provide a password manager?
We help you choose one and move the important accounts into it. You pay the password manager directly. We do the setup and show the team how to use it.
Can you help us prepare for Cyber Essentials?
Yes. We work through the controls an assessor expects to see. RoamTech is not a certification body and does not award the certificate.
Do you come to the office?
Yes, across Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, Battle, Rye and Eastbourne. Some of the account work can be done remotely.
