Pricing
Plans and hourly rates
Pay as you go is £45 an hour, 8am to 8pm, seven days. Out of hours, including a 24/7 emergency, is £90 an hour.
Essentials
£9 per user / month
Microsoft 365 admin, user and email support, security updates and monitoring. Includes 1 hour of support a month, or 2 hours a month for businesses with 5 or more users. Extra time is £45 an hour.
Complete
£25 per user / month
Everything in Essentials, plus device monitoring and patching, Microsoft 365 backup, priority same-day response and on-site visits, and 3 hours of support a month.
All plans have a minimum of £27.50 a month. Microsoft 365 licences are charged separately. Add-ons, and anything not listed, are on the prices page. A job that is not on that list is contact for a quote.
Remote support is available anywhere in the UK. On-site visits, including those in the Complete plan, are for businesses in East Sussex.

Common questions
I am a one-man band. Is this worth it?
Often, yes. Pay as you go at £45 an hour has no contract, so you can get your email moved to your own domain and secured as a one-off job, and call when you need help after that.
Can you help if we are not in East Sussex?
Yes. Email, phones and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace can all be set up and supported remotely, anywhere in the UK. On-site visits are for businesses in East Sussex.
How do we stop fake invoice emails?
Turn on MFA for every email account, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, and agree that bank details are only ever confirmed by phone. RoamTech can set up the technical parts remotely.
Do you sell Google Workspace?
No. RoamTech sets up and supports Google Workspace, but the licences are bought directly from Google. RoamTech is a Microsoft partner and can supply Microsoft 365 licences.
What does it cost?
