3. Cookies on our website
We keep cookies to a minimum. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t sell your data. Live chat and the reviews widget are not loaded until you accept, or until you choose Start live chat or Show reviews. The storage below is set by those features, and by the choice you make on the banner.
- Live chat by tawk.to. Lets you chat with us. If you start a chat, tawk.to processes what you type and basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser) to deliver the chat. See tawk.to’s privacy policy at tawk.to/privacy-policy.
- Reviews widget by Elfsight. Shows our customer reviews. Elfsight’s servers receive basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser and operating system) to load the widget. Elfsight says it keeps this for 7 days. See elfsight.com/privacy-policy.

Our website is hosted by Netlify. These pages are static files, and that hosting does not set its own cookie on them. The coverage map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap. We show the OpenStreetMap copyright notice with the map, and we do not set a cookie of our own for it. If you pay an invoice online, you do it on Stripe’s own secure payment page. Stripe’s cookies apply there, under Stripe’s cookie policy, not on our website.
4. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject chat and reviews cookies. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer, which opens the banner again, or from the Cookies link. If you reject them, live chat and the reviews widget do not load on their own. You can still contact us by phone or email. Choosing Start live chat, or Show reviews, counts as accepting, and that widget then loads.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Help pages: Chrome (support.google.com/chrome), Safari (support.apple.com), Firefox (support.mozilla.org) and Edge (support.microsoft.com). Blocking all cookies may stop some websites working properly.
