What Business IT Support covers

Google Workspace
Setup and support for businesses already on Google Workspace. Licences are bought directly from Google.
Backup and security
Microsoft 365 backup, PC backup, managed antivirus, multi-factor sign-in and a password manager. Prices are on the prices page.
Wi-Fi and networks
Office Wi-Fi, separate guest Wi-Fi, and dead spots tracked down and fixed.
Computers and laptops
Repairs, upgrades and new machine setup for the team, using the same published repair prices.
A person, not a ticket
You deal with Nico every time. Business support can be on site or remote, depending on the job.

Pricing
Plans and hourly rates
Pay as you go is £45 an hour, 8am to 8pm, seven days. Out of hours, including a 24/7 emergency, is £90 an hour.
Essentials
£9 per user / month
Microsoft 365 admin, user and email support, security updates and monitoring. Includes 1 hour of support a month, or 2 hours a month for businesses with 5 or more users. Extra time is £45 an hour.
Complete
£25 per user / month
Everything in Essentials, plus device monitoring and patching, Microsoft 365 backup, priority same-day response and on-site visits, and 3 hours of support a month.
All plans have a minimum of £27.50 a month. Microsoft 365 licences are charged separately. Add-ons, and anything not listed, are on the prices page. A job that is not on that list is contact for a quote.

How much is IT support for a small business?
Pay as you go is £45 an hour, 8am to 8pm, seven days. Monthly plans are Essentials at £9 per user and Complete at £25 per user, with a minimum of £27.50 a month. Microsoft 365 licences are charged separately.
Which areas do you cover for business IT support?
Hastings, St Leonards-on-Sea, Bexhill-on-Sea, Battle, Rye and Eastbourne. On-site visits cover those towns, and some support can be done remotely.
Do I need a contract?
No. Pay as you go has no contract. The plans and what they include are on the prices page.
Are you a big IT company?
